Starbucks - Raleigh

The service at this restaurant was terrible and rude. The person handling the food was not wearing gloves, which was concerning. I waited for about 15 minutes for my order, only to be told they had called my name and waited at the other end, resulting in my food being cold. When I requested a refund, the older lady at the register insisted that my name had been called. Instead of offering to reheat my food, she stated that I should pay more attention when they are busy. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10 years, I find this level of service to be completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I love these died! the cash register are very friendly and they always make delicious drinks, I had the experience that I took care of the cash register called jazlyn on the other day and she was amazing. the personal is well trained and friendly! I will come back soon for a caramel frap, thank you dieucks!

This restaurant has declined in quality. Every time I have visited in the past 6 months, the cleanliness in the restaurant has been lacking. There is debris all over the floors, tables, and seats. The work area looks disorganized and haphazard, with workers carelessly scraping the glass display. Cashiers handle money and then put on gloves to prepare food without washing their hands. This restaurant is in need of assistance.

Can order here at Christmas places a order at 1:26, everyone was cleaning and had a bad setting, did not get the drink until 2 o'clock, made absolutely no sense. will not be back to this business

I pick up coffee at 5am and they are always so pleasant and helpful.
