Rise North Raleigh-sutton Square

The food was incredible! Even better than Chick-Fil-A and Zaxby's. My meal was served hot and fresh! This was my first time trying PDQ, and it was absolutely worth every penny! I don’t usually leave reviews, but PDQ really made me do it! Food: 5/5

The person who took my order was quite aggressive and appeared to be under the influence of something. I’m not sure if he was the shift leader or a manager, but it’s important for staff to come to work sober and with a sense of respect. My organization has hosted many events and catered through this location, but unfortunately, we will have to discontinue that moving forward. The quality of the staff has declined significantly recently.

I was in the drive-thru line when the car in front of me placed their order and paid. However, when I got to the window, they informed me that they were closed, even though it was still before 8 PM and the car right ahead of me had been served. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. It seemed like the staff, who claimed to be focused on quality, really didn't want to be there. I won't be returning.

Me and my organization have lots of events and catering with this location and we will sadly have to end that going forward. The quality of staff has dropped significantly recently.

Food is good, service was great up until the person at the last window handed me my food. He had an attitude problem. My biggest issue is that I asked for bbq sauce and this thing is empty barley any sauce. I'm clear across town now and can't come back. So I got enough sauce for 1 tender. Hate it won't be back to this one.
