Bidrage med feedbackLet me begin by saying that I order from this place at least once or twice a week! I don't complain much about the cold eating I get because I'm just going to stroke it often! Today I have made and ordered and I called location to let them know I wanted my free pizza that I don't get on my last order with this order! john I guess to be the manager wanted to charge me extra for the free pizza. I had already paid in the past! then came into a wut when I let him know that I only pay for my previous order! I had already paid this free pizza. when I asked him for the full name. he said it was confidential social policy that he could not give me these information or a number of higher management or corporate office. this is not the first time that this problem with this same name john. hanging on a paying customer who speaks in a very quiet wise is not acceptable! I give this place hundreds of dollars on a monthly ground!
My kids and I were having game night, so I decided to order pizza. I ordered pizza at 7:30pm. At 9:30pm, we still didn't have our order. I called the store, nobody would answer. I called Papa John's customer service. They contacted the store, but could also not get a response. The CSR stated somebody would contact me withing 48 hours for a resolution, but didn't refund my money 55.00 for 3 pizzas). She also couldn't say whether I'd ever receive our order. After waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes, the store answered the phone. He said my pizza had been ready but they had no drivers....We finally received our order at 10:30pm, 3 HOURS after placing the order. I understand everywhere is understaffed, but a phone call would have been appropriate. Let ME decide if my kids can wait 3 HOURS for dinner or not. Let ME decide if I want cold pizza at 10:30pm for $55.00 after I've already had to feed my kids something else for dinner. This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I will never order from Papa John's again.
The pizza was cold. New bacon was under cooked. Started eating one and threw the other one in the trash
Very disappointed with service. I ordered online today 8/22, I submitted my order and then immediately called the store to add on garlic sauce. Conner told me it would be with order. The order is delivered :55 mins later. No garlic sauce. I contact the store back and reached Alex. Alex clearly had no formal training to deal with customers. After he placed-me on hold in the middle of my complaint for 7mins, he told, “ your sauce will be sent back out (this time) but next time you need to be sure to add it on your order, the driver has no way of knowing you added it on if the cashier does not tell him.”I was shocked. This person who is adorned in the Papa John’s uniform is telling me that basically I needed to do a better job of to get my order right and even though I took time to call the store personally, that’s still not enough to ensure my order would be filled correctly. Wow. I told Alex how much I didn’t appreciate he for making this issue about me forgetting to add it initially even though I called to correct in within 5 mins of placing it. I told Alex, I felt the need to alert management or corporate office, Alex to me, “He didn’t care who I decided to tell, he’s only trying to help me be sure to get my sauce, the next time.” After $31.76 later a mild to warm pizza, hot Pepsi and room temp wings. This is how this store is allowing their worker ALEX, To speak to a customer.
