Hibachi Xpress Food Truck - Raleigh

Much improved! New ownership and the food is much more flavorful and quality than in the past. Would recommend to anyone that likes hibachi!

The food is ok. Not good really. Not horrible but the staff is incredibly rude. Might be smart to run them through some customer service techniques.

I have NEVER had anything this bad in my life. The chicken was over cooked, and the veggies were bland. They asked if i wanted white or fried rice, although i selected fried rice, i was given yellow rice (SMH). The veggies were mushy and the food was over priced. It's safe to say i will not get this again, even if someone else pays.

If you want to pay $13 for bland chicken and rice, that leaves you with a taste like you licked an old campground grill, this is your truck. Definitely not hibachi. I took 5 bites and put it in the garbage. I ordered the chicken and (white rice bowl with vegetables. The rice is yellow (and tasteless . The vegetables are charred and taste like the grill has never been cleaned...I typically like my food more on the well done/seared side, but the char literally overtakes every bite. The chicken is fine, but it tastes like it's been lightly tossed in oil and soy sauce. They top the whole thing with your choice of white or teriyaki sauce--I chose white (b/c who wants teriyaki on their hibachi? . There's little to no seasoning on anything. Bleh.

The food was delicious, but very embarrassing, too much for my taste.
