Chili's Grill - Raleigh

Very bad, I will never return the food was served to me cold. My plate had shrimp and they smelled horrible. They were in bad condition. It took almost 2 hours to take my food after ordering and there were only 4 tables to take so long. It seems that my food was ready for a while and the waitress never took it to the table. Very bad service.

I’ve frequented this location a few times for dinner and I have been very impressed with the cooks. There are a lot of promos for deals to enjoy with another person and the quality of the food is unmatched for the value. We normally order southwest Eggrolls, chips and guacamole, the bacon burger and the chicken crispers are very good. The desserts are consistently good. My favorite being the skillet chocolate chip sundae. The cocktails are always weak with the exception of the Presidente Margarita. Patricia is my favorite waitress. I sincerely hope management intends to promote her because she is a wonderful example of exceptional customer service. She dresses the part in her cocktail sweater, she’s polite and gets each order correct every time. No matter how busy this location gets she checks on her tables effortlessly. This location needs to work on cleanliness. The bathrooms were atrocious and tables must be wiped down and floors underneath the tables swept for customers as they arrive to dine. Perhaps they may be understaffed but I’ve never seen anything like it.

Horrible customer service. If the restaurant doesn't close until midnight and the posted hours of operation are until midnight then the kitchen should be open until then. I recently visited this location and was told at about 1120pm that the kitchen was closed and only the bar was open for drinks until close. We were able to observe multiple workers standing/sitting around in the establishment and standing in the kitchen. All looked upset that we would like to eat during their posted hours of operation. I would suggest changing the restaurant hours if you do not plan to service customers during them or hire new employees that want to work.

Food and service excellent. Restruant upkeep would be a 2.5. I would go back but the condition, paint, dirty windows that look months gone untended and so forth have me on the edge, but again the food is good. Makes me wonder if the public areas look untended, how must the prep area be.

Ordered online and food was supposed to be ready at 8:02. It wasn’t ready until 8:35 was missing a fry order. Was then told that it was going to be an additional 10 minute wait. That 10 minute wait actually ended up being 20. They should’ve offered to redo the entire order at that point. So watered down drinks cold food…
