Casa Carbone Italiano - Raleigh

Following my previous review, it's been seven months since my last visit to this restaurant, and I was eager to see if the quality had remained consistent. The atmosphere was inviting, with a warm and cozy decor that made for a pleasant dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I opted for the Chicken Parmesan, while my companion chose the Spaghetti with Meatballs. Both dishes were satisfying, with generous portions and delightful flavors. The Chicken Parmesan was crispy on the outside and tender inside, paired beautifully with the marinara sauce. The Spaghetti was tasty, and the meatballs were hearty and well-seasoned. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I look forward to coming back again soon!

This hidden gem in Raleigh is fantastic. My wife has celiac disease, and they always make sure her meals are gluten-free. As for the rest of us, we can enjoy everything on the menu!

Excellent service and delicious food! The chicken parmigiana is my favorite. The spacious tables provide a comfortable dining experience. I also enjoy the bread and a glass of wine to kick things off.
