I recently relocated to the area and I have frequented nutrition shops similar to Carolina Nutrition in the past. The team at Carolina Nutrition exudes a friendly and inviting vibe that instantly puts me at ease. On my first visit, I decided to try the Oreo Cheesecake and Carolina Punch shakes. Both were incredibly delicious and you could tell they were made with care. I had missed these shakes and I am excited to make them a weekly indulgence for myself, as opposed to just enjoying them at home.

Healthy delicious meal replacement shakes, drinks, and snacks run by the cutest and sweetest person. The cost is on the pricey side but they are really tasty and refreshing. Favorites are Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and Orange Cinnamon Roll off-menu but they 'll make it for you).Understand that this is Herbalife-based and so there is a MLM side of the business that may come out during weight loss challenges, but the new owners have never pushed that on us. We don 't love the background music, but it may just be us.Though they will often close for holidays, their hours are also much more convenient now.
