Carolina Ale House Raleigh

We got the Shrimp and Lobster meal (no expectations on seafood). The meal should have had fries and coleslaw but that was missing on both plates. We asked for it after showing the waiter the menu. The fries were coated with something for flavor but were undercooked. The slaw was terrible. My dinner date ordered chocolate cake that was just about flavorless. We were brought a cup of water when we were sat and didn't get anymore through the meal. Definitely won't come back!!

We already spoke to a manager but last night a bunch of friends and I went to this location and had maria as our server, she was so sweet and amazing! she was so nice and joked around with us even though she had been there since opening around this time it was already midnight! We spoke to John and he told us to leave a review this is a review for 6! Maria if you read this you are so funny and we enjoyed you, definitely made the night just that much better ????

Not sure if they were having issues in the kitchen and short on wait staff but the experience overall was very subpar. Waiter didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Order ended up being wrong. Ordered bacon cheeae fries and anyone from the cooks to the young lady who brought food to table had to ae that they were not appropriate to be served. Pretty sure I will never make the effort of returning.

My boyfriend and I visited here. We ordered wings, a burger meal, and the salmon salad for myself. Everything was tasty. My only complaint is the heat on the outside part. But it is outside, so that?s to be expected. My man asked for us to be moved and was moved promptly. My server, Joe, I think that was his name. He was amazing and very helpful.

Wife and I stopped in for a quick pint and Meal. Wasn't a horrifying experience by any means, but there's much better value to be had less than a 5 minute walk in any direction. Place is In genuine need of a breath of life from somewhere, as there's no reason it should be garnering reviews like mine The location and view are incredible, and the actual space is clean and relatively well maintained (sports bar/craft beer focused) but the execution is lacking severely.
