Great customer service. fast. my food was fresh and hot. so glad they opened this place!

Very pleasant, most bojangles tell me no when I ask to have my cheddar bo biscuit in paper Instead of aluminum foil because the half the cheese sticks to the aluminum foil. This location did not hesitate to do that for me. No one was yelling, rolling eyes at customers, screaming at other coworkers, just overall a great experience. Will definitely spend my money at this location from here on out.

Whenever I travel to the south, I eat there because the atmosphere and food is comfortable and great

Update: I am taking back the extra star because I am now disappointed. I specifically requested no ice in my tea, but it had more ice than drink. The fries were soggy and bland, and the biscuit tasted stale. The food was not fresh and not worth the wait.

My first visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The service at the drive-thru was slow and I did not receive all the items I paid for. The food was also of poor quality, with cold chicken and no spicy or seasoned fries. The staff, especially the younger employees, seemed inexperienced and lacking in customer service skills. On my second visit, I encountered more issues, including a rude employee who forgot to return my debit card. This is the third time in a month that I have had problems with restaurants or pharmacies holding onto my card. I hope this was just a mistake and not intentional, but it is concerning that this keeps happening. I advise the restaurant to improve their staff training and service in order to avoid situations like this in the future. Stay safe.
