Guthrie's Chicken - Rainbow City

Great experience. The server was friendly and helpful. The food was both hot and delicious. Can't wait to come back.

The chicken at this restaurant is consistently delicious. I have never been disappointed with my meal here. The fries could be improved, but overall the food is good. The only downside is having to pay for dipping sauce.

When we entered the restaurant, we stood at the register waiting for someone to take our order. A young man came out from the back and just stood there looking at us without saying anything, not even asking if he could take our order. He did the same to an older lady who came in after us. Another young man was eating at the front and chatting with the first guy. When he wasn't eating, he was blowing up a plastic bag and playing with it. The food was tough and there wasn't much of it. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The quality of the food has significantly decreased. The chicken fingers were extremely small. The staff was very rude, especially the girl at the register who appeared lazy. Our food took a long time to come out, and other customers who arrived after us were already finished eating and left before we received our order. I had to wait over 4 minutes at the counter after ordering just to get my tea. The tables were sticky and there was food underneath them. The management should improve by hiring better employees.

The service was extremely slow. I had to wait in the drive thru for more than 35 minutes.
