The people here are really great! I dropped my phone, and they kindly kept it safe for me. I would have gone crazy without it! I truly appreciate their help—not the Dunkin', but the gas station staff! Thank you all so much!

Beware of the bitter coffee. I would give this place a zero if I could. I've tried to give it another chance, but I can't anymore. I've visited about five or six times, and each time the coffee has been bitter. When I mention it, they just ask if I want more creamer and sugar. No, please clean your machines! I just want a clean, fresh cup of coffee. This last visit was the final straw! I was in the drive-thru, and they took my cup back inside twice. Each time, I told them the coffee tasted bitter. The staff at the window seemed annoyed that I wanted them to fix it. They added creamer, but halfway through my cup, the bitter taste returned. I feel cheated for the last time; I truly believe they never actually changed my coffee. To make matters worse, my food was cold. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I'm sure the staff doesn't care whether I come back or not, but I hope this helps some customers think twice about spending their money here.

The young man working there was very friendly. He asked the woman to give me some extra cream cheese, but she responded in an unpleasant manner, telling him to wait in a harsh tone. It's important to treat employees with respect and kindness, especially in front of customers. A little courtesy goes a long way.

I placed an $80 mobile order. When I went to pick it up, store was closed. In fact, I went almost 90 mins after my mobile order was due it still wasn?t ready. I?ll visit another DD in the future.

I drove all over the tri-state area for a living and this is hands-down the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever encountered. The place is filthy. There are flies everywhere. Every time I stop in there they claim the espresso machine is not working. I knowit?s because The afternoon lady is too lazy to make drinks she is always on her phone and takes at least five minutes to noticeyou . Their regular coffee tastes like old dishwater. I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts for years but it?s time to stop.the health department needs to be called in.
