They have maintained the same consistent recipe for generations—back when I was a toddler, just as my grandfather was. They use a special fryer that keeps the chicken juicy and tender, allowing the flavors of the spices to really penetrate the meat. I've eaten the fried chicken for the longest, but didn't want to go to the usual places. I was looking for the nearby chicken snack and chicken delight came up. I'd like to say that they've been at this place for a long time when I remember coming here when I was a child. the menu is extensive as they serve more than just roasted chicken. everything is cooked to order, so expect to wait for her to eat or they can order before the time. that was great. crossed on the outside, moist on the inside. I also ordered the maisfritter and they were delicious. tweeper rings were a bit on the burnt side, but I was in order with it. great place and I'm glad I left.
