Focacce, Pane, Rosticceria - Ragusa

Surely bread and focacce better than Ragusa. Superlativa la classico 'pomodoro and cheese ', seasoned and fragrant.

Stuffed leaves better than all Ragusa. They have a huge variety of all kinds. In addition to this they also have a bar with hams and cheeses, but it is more known for the exquisite focacce (2,50€ approximately but very abundant portions)

From Silvia and family the bread is great but one of the things that is really worth buying every day is the fresh ricotta, at lunch is still warm and it is a pleasure to taste it with the hard pasta bread. Exceptional even the provola. In the exercise it is also possible to buy first ready, focacce, sausages and drinks.

I haven't had the chance to taste the focaccias yet but the bread is exceptional

The chases are excellent. The bread is also very good, with a rustic taste and a good ash aroma. Mandatory stop when I pass through Ragusa.
