Sub Station Ii - Raeford

It is hot as the out side in here came to eat an cool down but can't even do that I don't see how you have any one working in these conditions

Their food is good, but the service is so absolutely terrible I probably won’t go back anytime soon. I listed slowly and in detail what I wanted and had to repeat myself several times on the phone. After getting there the order still was not ready and my boyfriend was asked several times again what was on each sub. They were easy. One was meat and cheese only and the other was meat cheese lettuce tomato and Mayo. We got a meat with Mayo and no cheese. The food was good but the whole experience was disappointing:

Bad service, girl taking the orders ack like she is depressed and hates to be at work. No manners at all. Ordered a club, it has no roast beef, no mayonnaise. Just tasted terrible. I paid $20 for 2 subs and they are both bad. Y’all need to step up your game. It used to be better but now it’s worst than ever.

We have tried to give this place a chance! Our food is ok but lacking something. We like many reviews on here try calling but never to get anyone to answer. When we do and try to order what we want we have been told the following, Fryer is Down, Out Of Tomatoes, No this and No that. We have stopped coming to this place for that reason.

I've been craving a good salad and seen a post on FB about this place AND man let me tell you that salad BUMPED lol seriously the best salad around. My husband and I ate on that salad twice ? I arrived and was immediately greeted by the owner, my salads were ready to go. The owner was very nice, professional and accommodating of exactly what we wanted in the salad. Very yummy and we will definitely be ordering again and also trying some other things on the menu.
