Pizza Hut - Raeford

Tonight waited for an hour and usually nothing against it, but the food was cold and my pzone was literally empty! 5 pieces of Peperoni and no cheese when I asked extra. The driver said he's the only one to deliver tonight. It's a Saturday night, so it's a bad plan.

The workers are so nice here and they always make my eating right. I appreciate having a great pizza hat with me.

Save time and money and drive to the other pizza hat. This is garbage. Wait over an hour for your 2 cheese pizza. I didn't order right. How do you screw this up? Do not even offer something for waiting so long and then to screw it up.

If I could leave negative stars for this establishment I would. A friend and I ordered a pizza and mozzerella sticks for lunch on Labor Day. The pizza was delivered about an hour later after an estimated delivery of 30-40 minutes, which was completely fine. The pizza toppings were incorrect (some missing, which we paid extra for) and we did not get the marinara sauce with our mozzarella sticks We called back, and they told us they would send out a corrected pizza with a side of marinara sauce. When that pizza was delivered (1.5 hours later) the delivery driver said we had a balance due for delivery.(asin a delivery charge) When he called his manager, he came back and told my friend it was for the sauce, because they sent us two. We said we didn?t need two, so he took both of them back and left us with no sauce. It seems, to me, that if the establishment was in the wrong from the start... then they should be replacing the incorrect items AND reimbursing us for the inconvenience of ordering crappy, overpriced pizza with delivery charge and tip. Next time I want to spend $30 on **** poor food, I?ll go to Krystal and buy a franchise.
