Kfc - Raeford

As compared to other franchises such as Aberdeen, laurinburg, and Redsprings. Raeford KFC doesn't quite get it! The original recipe has been tasting like its cooked in old grease and over cooked! Please do better so we as customers don't have to go out of town to get the best quality!

Went on a Saturday evening. A little busy, but the employees performed amazingly. Best Food/Service of any KFC. Famous Bowl is a secret delicious surprise. ?

Everyone was standing around talking and took them 5 minutes to take my order. Food tastes good but the service sucks royally.

When I inquired to ask if they sealed their food deliveries somehow, the individual answering didn't understand what I was asking and just behaved rudely and hung up the phone. That wasn't necessary at all. It was my right to inquire. I was very disappointed with that.

Every single time I go to this KFC there’s an issue. This time I lay over $12 for a number 7. They give me someone else’s order. I call, the phone Wei g 10 times. Manager picks up. Tell her my issue. Nothing. She’s not there. I call back. Phone wrongs busy. Rings just for over 10 minutes. She puts phone off of hook. Terible terrible terrible. You are supposed to check the orders!! I drove 12 miles!!
