Ihop - Racine

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff, especially Donald, is excellent. He is one of the best managers I have encountered. He allows my friends and me to stay as long as we like. The food has always been delicious, at least in my opinion. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

It took a long time for us to get a table, and when we finally did, I was seated facing the entrance to the kitchen. The restaurant was very busy with takeout orders, and a young man was coordinating the effort. He, along with three other waitresses, were impressive to watch. I hope they never lose Devonte! However, our waitress was not as impressive.

Staff was exceptional. Atmosphere Amazing and family orientated. Food great and timely.The Manager Donald is staff orientated and was customer oriented and amazingly pleasant and knows how to treat his staff and his customers.

The general manager always takes the time to stop by our table whenever we visit. Even though he was clearly busy during my last visit, he still managed to make time to say hello.

The service was great! There was a waitress at the Christie restaurant. She waited for tables, busy, cleaned, grabbed the phone, hosts and take-out orders. She was amazing and the only cook was also. Our food came hot and once looked like the pictures on the menu. My daughter insisted to go to the IHOP for the Minion Menu and she definitely enjoyed it!
