Isakaya Sushi - Quito

At first I was reluctant to try the food as the first time I tried Sushi I didn't really like it but.... I saw absolutely all the preparation from the bar where I was sitting and it is surprising to see the agility of the chef when preparing the dishes and to say of the flavor ... I ended up falling in love with the Sushi thanks to Shibumi and her exquisite food. Prices vary but their taste compensates for any value.

The place is elegant and cozy, so it is ideal for a date or if you want to surprise someone with a different and delicious culinary experience. The food is really exquisite, we tried the miso soup, sashimis, niguiris, some rolls, tempura shrimp and dessert everything recommended by the house and it was an amazing experience, we loved everything, we really enjoyed every bite! The attention is excellent, very cordially guided us to choose and explained to us and described each dish (also asked us for allergies) The price seemed quite reasonable, not cheap, but not extremely expensive. The word Shibumi describes very well the experience in the restaurant. We'll definitely be back, 100% recommended.

Excellent atmosphere, very nice staff, menu with variety although I consider a bit expensive some products for what it really is, it is not only a complaint observation, in if the restaurant is a true experience of Japanese restaurant with Ecuadorian blend, fresh products and exquisite drinks

Super spectacular experience, food and attention!!!! No doubt it is a place to go more often. Being treated by the Cheff was something special!!!!
