Curly Pizza - Quito

We ordered the vegan philly cheeze pizza, which is one of the only fully vegan pizzas on the menu. the others are vegetarian and may be made vegan when asked. the pizza was pretty good, made with a vegan coconut-based cheeze I have never tried. I just wish there was a little more tomaten marinara sauce and some more crimped flavor for taste. we added some salt and pepper and it was much better. the curly pommes were crispy and tasty.

The vegan pizza here is on the spot! so good! we have the “Roast-Rind” and mushroom pizza with red and green paprika. the ‘Roast-Rind’ appears as a shjitake-piston that is well seasoned. I am not sure that the brand of vegan cheese that they use, but it was melted and much has been added to the pizza. my wife and I ordered the family size and it was enough big enough to dinner enough for lunch the next day. highly recommended!
