The staff at this restaurant seemed distracted and were not attentive to their customers. It appeared that they were more focused on playing around rather than taking orders from the customers, especially when it came to a group of high school children.

The restaurant should consider using fresher ingredients for their fries and also ensure that the size large containers are filled properly.

The food was poor, even by fast food standards. Additionally, the employee who took my order had her headset volume set too high, making it difficult to communicate clearly. This resulted in my order being incorrectly processed. When I tried to correct the mistake, the employee became rude. This individual, whether it was Kaley or Haley, requires an attitude adjustment and could benefit from some customer service training.

Always enjoy the happy hour. Also the Chile cheese frito wraps are good.

My order is correct 9 out of 10 times, and it's never been so wrong that I had to send it back. The staff is friendly and they're usually able to get orders out quick.
