The place is fantastic, good service....I recommend.

Had a really nice experience. the personal is friendly. they ran out of the dessert I wanted. I've enjoyed it.

The best at this place is the proximity to the airport. Now that I think about it, I liked eating it very much! unfortunately I went there in the summer, where many instructors leave there, because this is in the grunde the resort for teacher. as always, when they go in summer expect long lines at breakfast, lunch and dinner. they offer snacks that are cool, but there is no way for them to get snacks or eat in the resort. you have to go over the street to do this. the beach is in order, I would not stay at this place if they want to go to the beach all the time.

The first room we got had a moldy smell to it. The second room we got, in Las Palmas, bathroom had very dim light, beds were very hard and dirty, tv were old with no remotes, balcony door couldn't close all the way. Also, refrigerator was rusty and the door didn't close tight. We did enjoy the food, and the pools and beach. Wouldn't come back tho.

Room 10, 5 to 6 of July 2022. I arrived there were flies all around the room. The AC was not able to get the temperature down to a confy 19 degree to sleep. Asked the reception for a fan or get a maintenance guy to help the AC. No fonctioning ventilator in the whole resort. The maintenance guy said more or less this is the coldest the room can get . All the light in the room were 5000k LED, it gave the room the same vibe as a dentist clinic.Terrible Asked the reception...they responded with can 't give you a discount/refund. Need to talk to the manager. When I checked in, the printer had issue, took me around 15 min for the lady to get me checked in.
