Mcdonald's - QUISPAMSIS

An older lady, gray hair, also wearing a gray shirt, at the 9 Industrial Drive, Quispamsis, NB E2E 4B1 location, was absolutely ignorant, wouldn 't let me use my loyalty points and was beyond rude and unreasonable, I went through the drive thru with my 3 year old daughter and was handed my food and then repeatedly told we have your name, we have your name and then was insisted to return the meal because it was not paid for although I just had the guy in the first window scan my code and confirm it was good to go for the use of my points, i then had to circle around, waited for 4 more cars to be served (approximately 15 more minutes taken from my daughter and I) . Only to be scanned exactly like I was prior and this time someone else handed me the meal.... the same already cold happy meal I was given and forced to return, if I wasn 't in a rush and if we already didnt waste 15 extra minutes of our time then I would of went right in and demanded atleast a form to file this unhappy experience. Disgusted with this womans attitude and pure Unprofessional service. My daughter ate maybe 2 fries, and literally didnt want the mcnuggets after having a fit being made to wait, might be a small problem to some, but that ruined our whole day. Please make this right, and if ya have any sense at all, fire that lady asap.

In 1 week I have been made to wait 4 times for my meal (can we ask you to park out front please while we wait for your food to cook). Not long ago, I went inside to get my drive thru order cause they were so slow and I watched the employee push my fries down with her hand to close the box, umm...don't put your bare hands on my food, often the lettuce is black, I don't know why I keep going back but I think today is the last. I was made to wait 14 minutes for my drive thru food and had to go inside cause they forgot i was out front waiting. And most of the employees are teenagers with no adult supervision, and they just goof off. I'm over it.

Please teach employees drive thru adequacy. They sound miserable and all they say is “that all?”

Got to the bottom on my coffee to find plastic in my cup. I did call but they wanted me to drive back. I'm at work and just can't. I'll never go back here.

If I could give the McEsso McDonald's a ZERO rating I would 100%...waited 10-15 in drive thru only to be told after placing my order and getting to the window to pay their till was nit working and I would have to come around inside to pick up and pay for my order....okay I was PAYING WITH CASH and your worker could not walk the 6 feet to the front reguster ring my order in and take my CASH and give me my change and order through the window so I would not have to take my grand daughter out of rhe car....she refused so told them thanks but no thanks will go to the one on Hampton Road much better service there anyhow....do better!
