Underbrinks Bakery - Quincy

What a fantastic little bakery! We stopped in for some breakfast for ourselves and to bring in for the team. We had to try a bite of the hot coffee cake before we left, we ended up eating the entire thing out of the back of the car in the rain. Needless to say, it was great! Super friendly and helpful staff. This will definitely be a “must have” on every trip back to town!

As always beyond delicious, my wife loved her cakes, as did we all.

1st time here and purchased a couple bakery pastries to go. Well an hour later I ate one of the almond bars and was like oh my God. I'm just saying if I would have tried it when I walked outside I would have turned around and went right back in and bought their entire tray if these. Absolutely delicious.

I ordered the angel food cupcakes for my daughter's wedding. They were elegant and light, perfectly balanced and the absolute best choice for the summer wedding. I could eat them any day of the year though! I live in Los Angeles and have vowed to make a trip to Quincy IL a couple of times a year to stock up the freeze well by the way and taste just as delicious. They are made with Love!
