The customer service at this restaurant is poor, the staff are unfriendly, and overall it was a terrible dining experience.

There is currently a 20% discount offer for online orders for pickup only at this restaurant. However, the staff informed me that they are unable to apply the discount, even when requested. It seems that the issue may be coming from higher management, as the local staff are not at fault. This has left a negative impression on customers. I attempted to address this with the restaurant but did not receive a satisfactory response. I hope that they will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service.

I am visiting from out of state and I was excited to see a Jimmy Johns in Quincy! JJ's always has consistent ingredients and quality which I appreciate. They are always fast and the people service level in Quincy was positive as expected!
