Domino's Pizza - Quincy

I ordered a pizza and dimino?s app says it?s done when I reached they said no order showed in the system. Are u kidding me ? I am not managing your system . You guys should know how this system works . This is absolutely a harassment. Why should I orderahead if I still need to wait in the counter after placing the order successfully. Awful experience.

If there was an option for me to put 0 on here I would . Worst pizza ever !!! Too crispy!! I stayed in a hotel less than 5 mins there when I picked it up after 15 mins . Pizza was cold and employees listening to loud music ! Even when I called to ordered the pizza the person was laughing with another employee while taking my order .

I ordered the steak Philly specialty pizza on 3/5 and I have food poisoning thanks to said pizza. Never again. Think twice consumers!

I actually came from NY . Was staying in the hotel near by I needed some thing to eat late night and they made me a fresh pizza to take out. Good job guys the pizza was delicious.

I phoned in for pick up. I was told 10 minutes. Went there after 10 minutes and the order was not even ready or being cooked. The worker didn 't put the order into the oven for another 5 minutes after I paid. I waited another 20 minutes inside while watching the snails work and the delivery drivers waited for their orders. The pizzas that came out of the oven all look overcooked with burnt toppings and crust. There was no sense of urgency for customer service. The only employee hustling was the girl rolling out the pizza dough. The food was horrible. Felt sick after eating it.
