Applebee's - Quincy

Service was good, but this is not a clean restaurant. visible dirt/dust and even mulled. a couple of fly swinging around too. I haven't been here for a few years, but I don't remember it being so bad.

First I went in the bathroom, the floor was sticky and there were flies everywhere...ick my two children 15 and 22 are on the table. the ordered drinks were water, diet pepsi and sierra nebel. everything was quite out of the mountains instead of Sierra nebel. So we ordered our food. start first and they were good. my son ordered chicken brokkoli alfredo, my daughter ordered prime rib sandwich no onion with loaded kartoffels and I ordered steak, loaded maische and brokkoli with cheese. the food of my life was good. the sandwich of my daughter was full of wobble and they gave her fries. my brokkoli was hard, cold and had on it shredded cheese. broccoli and cheese is with creamy cheese, not shredded no melt cheese. the waiter said in order, went away and helped his other table while the rest of my eating became cold!? he finally came back and we were like eating my life well, they can just take us back and take it out of the bill. then came the manager who offers gloomy yada yada. no thanks, our commands should have been right, with and then we would order dessert! I just can't feel anyone who's really well-kept?

Chicken and shrimp chicken was burnt and dry it was Father's Day my son took me I wasn't impressed and the Bathroom wasn't clean we left won't be going back

Food was hot and relatively a short wait, however that was the only plus tonight. Food was bland all around. Sauced boneless wings and chicken strips were half covered. Mac and cheese was very bland, over cooked, and watery. Our waitress was slow with checking in us and never came to check on us once while we ate. Needed refills halfway through and there were absolutely no staff members to be seen on the floor.Do not come here expecting to get the late night apps deal. They only accept that for the 9pm to close time slot instead of the advertised 3-6 and 9 to close. Frustrating when they give you a menu showing they are supposed to do this but fall back from it. Gonna be a while before we go back there.

My 1st time at Applebee’s and now asking why I took so long to come here! I loved the food, the service and environment.Sorry, my food was looking so delicious (and it was) that I forgot to take a picture.
