First fermented cooking experience. The restaurant is unpleasant. The small room invites you to book to eat. Our guests are charming. The dishes are simple, a choice among a meat, a fish or Saint James. With entry, dessert according to the choice formula. The plates are beautiful to the eye, well developed. Adjustments are fine, tastes and some surprising and pleasant associations. The price, if it seems high, is the peculiarity of this unique cuisine in France. A cookbook that you can buy on site explains how it works. Wines are available for drinks and combine well with dishes. We enjoyed the discovery of this new kitchen.
Simple cooking in appearance but with a real work on the product due to fermentation. Just delicious. And to say, I don't like cauliflowers but here I am in front of a plate with as accompaniment this vegetable I have a proven aversion. But as always I give a chance to the product.
