Starbucks The Block Sm North Edsa

Starbucks reserve has a very nice layout and design. Very spacious and trendy interior. Service is not that okay. Seems like a bunch of trainees who got our orders wrong. Toilet has no soap as well. Starbucks, as a premium global brand should be conscious and mindful with their customers. We are still in pandemic and there are some customers, especially the elders who still prefer a takeout cup because of hygiene purposes (even when dining in). However, this branch always require you to use their utensils if you are dining in and just put in a takeout cup later on. Which defeats the purpose of what theyre trying to implement. They cant even provide you a straw. How can you take the pomegranate pearl using a teaspoon?

Nice and modern ambiance and spacious. Plenty of seats and quite clean. There is a great area for those working or studying.

The ambiance was great, has a pretty cute ceiling and has adequate seating. I went there last May 18, 2022 to study and was able to get things done. It has everything a student or digital nomad could need (electr outlets, cushy seating, etc) except for WiFi Will probably be back again bec it's a convenient place for me and the staff is pretty great, but IMO it's not the best SB Reserve I've ever been to.

One of my favorite things to do when im in Metro Manila is hang out at Starbucks. Great service , friendly people and i love my americano.

Although the food is good. But the servings are not that satisfactory. Tapos yung service charge sobrang laki. Tubig lang naman hiningi naming...
