Our first time here and so they surprise the staff of the reception. they help us at our check-in with their beautiful smiles and also very friendly.

I was there at 11:00 am with my 6 vouchers from MetroDeal. I asked the waiter how to use it and he said it needs to be printed because they need a copy. What? The voucher clearly states that no printing is required. Then he said he was the only person there so I had to go downstairs to have it printed. Then the person on the floor said I had to go to the 3rd floor of the business center to have it printed. I was charged 360.00 for the print. My friends ordered pasta and the waiter said it would take 10 minutes. no pasta after 40 minutes. So she had to take it out since she was only on her lunch break.

After a long, tiring, and traffic day, we head out to Novotel in Cubao for some R&Rs. Ambience – 4/5 Service – 5/5 Location – 5/5 Food – 4/5 Food Recommendation: Tuna skewers from Roxas and Pancetta stick with Coriander (PhP 550.00) - Melts-in-your-mouth tuna wrapped in pancetta. It is seared until crunchy without fully cooking the tuna inside. Drink Recommendation: Mojito (PhP 280) - Sooo refreshing! Their mojito is one of the best that I have ever tried. Made me forget the awful traffic and tiring day that I had. A must try!
