Skyline - Queenstown

On a clear day, the view is fantastic at this restaurant. They have a growing selection of vegan options, including pizza and a huge wrap. The staff were very accommodating and willing to make changes to meet my dietary needs, even creating a delicious vegan gluten-free pizza for me.

What an amazing place! Probably the best restaurant view in all of New Zealand! They have a nice selection of vegan options, especially if you phone in advance. They have a huge selection of savoury foods such as roasts, indian, chinese, thai, vegetables...as well as a selection of sweets too. Well worth the money! A must do in Queenstown! I usually head straight for the hot chips at buffets, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. There was a whole section dedicated to plant-based dishes such as meatballs, chorizo, vermicelli, bean masala, and cauliflower curry. I also found vegan soup, fried rice, pasta with sauce (recommended with the meatballs and chorizo), and a salad bar with a delicious pomegranate dressing. I indulged a bit too much because I lack self-control. I give this restaurant three stars because there were only two dessert options (out of about a dozen) - fruit salad and tapioca pudding, which were average. Additionally, the prices were on the high side. A gondola ride combined with dinner will set you back at least $250 for two people, possibly more for premium seats or drinks.

Had a chocolate vegan muffin. It was pretty good. Nothing to rave about but I'm glad they have some vegan options here. It's good to have options up here in case you get hungry and don't want to go back down yet.

The only choice for vegans was a disappointing vegan muffin. It was disappointing to see that they did not offer any vegan ice cream flavors, especially on a hot day.
