I bought two chubby chicken burger meals food was stale me and my boyfriend both got food poisoning I don’t want to cause any problem but fries were cold may be it was closing time but I think they should follow the food safety protocols . The worst fast food in Canada together with McDonald's

Ordered a teen burger meal, hadn't had one for a few years. Fries could have used salt but weren't bad, lady at counter was nice but the patty was aweful! It had a rubbery texture and gamy taste, I thought about tossing it but I paid and its food. The toppings in the middle covered the patty's taste so I was able to eat almost all of it. It's disappointing because years ago A&W was such a treat, quality wise. More expensive than McDonalds back then but worth it. I now wonder if I was given a no meat patty? Anyways this was my experience, maybe a one off
