Bidrage med feedbackI recommend trying the delicious NYC pizza at this restaurant! Their Sicilian slices are a crowd favorite, but you can't go wrong with a classic plain slice either. For the best taste, I suggest enjoying your meal right at the pizzeria when it's fresh out of the oven.
I first tried their Sicilian pizza in the 1970s when I lived in Bayside. Whenever I am in the area, I always make sure to stop by for more. The quality is still as excellent as it was back then, despite the changes in staff and decor. I can't wait for my next visit.
The restaurant is clean, which I appreciate. However, I had an issue with the food. I ordered an eggplant pizza, which was good, and a spinach roll that looked appealing. Unfortunately, when I started eating the spinach roll, I found it lacked flavor. It seemed like they just coated it with spinach and a small amount of cheese.
I have an order online for a big cake and garlic knot and selected buzz pickup because it was an option, and I would rather limit my exposure. I get first a text that says that the order will be ready in about 15-20 minutes, then a few minutes later say that we are more busy than expected, that is their new estimated time, about 20-30 minutes. about 10 minutes later, I get a text that says it's ready to eat. I come to the place, park right in front of the building and follow the instructions in the order confirmation that says to call when I'm out. I'll call. an older man takes up, I can confirm that because I can see directly in the load. I'm telling him I'm out. he confirms it's ready to ask if I come in. I confirm that I chose curbside because I prefer not. he says I should give him a few minutes. I look through the window as the filiale empty, and there are no customers at least two times. I was 10 minutes outside when 4 employees were standing around waiting for customers to come. no one brings my food, I am impatient and go in. I'm telling them I'm seeing as the loading rooms, my car's right outside. You told me it was ready. this is my first time that I came here and not only honored the bordstein, they still don't come long history safe, his foundation, don't get out, are the garlic knots not ready? and the bordstein shouldn't be there anymore because the pandemic is over. I said, why didn't you remove it? no answer. I'll finally get the food and go. So here is my review of eating. Cream knots were a bit hard and oily the hell. got no marinara sauce. pizza had classic taste, but the teig was too hard. should not be a pitbull to make a clean break
If you're in New York and looking for delicious pizza, you have to try the Sicilian slices at this pizzeria. However, you can never go wrong with a classic round pie either. I highly recommend dining in at the pizzeria for the best tasting experience.
