Taco Bell - Queens

I've been a customer for years and love the place, also employees are fast and friendly service.

My order took a bit longer than I would wish for, for the employee was seriously so nice and fun that I couldn’t even stress. She apologized several times and even told me all about the best salsa (the yellow one). She exemplified Joy! If there were more fast food restaurant employees like her, the world would be a better place lol.

Let me begin by saying, I love Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast food place, bar none. This review comes from a place of love and wanting to see things improve. This particular location, I find to be problematic. Anytime I've gone to this Taco Bell, for some reason, I've ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. I've ordered using the app as well as the kiosks. I'm unsure why this issue recurs. The last time I was there, I ordered only 2 items, I was there 30 minutes. I watched customers that came in after me get served leave before I got my gordita and protein bowl. No explanation, no apology, I even asked if they had the order and they confirmed. Finally I got my bowl, and it was the wrong meat. I'm glad I checked before I left. Being that this happens regularly at this location, something needs to change.

Every time I order for delivery the order is always missing things or has an item wrong. I'm not sure why it is any different to pack bags for delivery than it is for takeout. Paying twice as much for a delivered meal and not getting everything I ordered.

My brother order Taco Bell for me because I was hungry and he was ordering on Ubereat once he order he went to sleep for a bit and I was ready to get the call but it said they canceled our order and I was so pissed and even we order DoorDash too but canceled i don't know what to do my brother can't order other fast food due in 3 am almost at 4 so I stayed hunger until I went to sleep
