The food was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again. I wish there was an option to add extra rice though. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

There wasn't enough salad on the dish and the portion of chicken was smaller than usual.

You pay over $11 with tax for this? There’s definitely not enough meat for that price. The lady on the night shift doesn’t seem like she enjoys working there or cares about the customer experience. She didn’t greet anyone and wasn’t welcoming at all. Please consider the money customers are paying. I’m not saying anything about the food quality here, but there’s a lot of room for improvement. Foods don’t test or smell fresh. If you care about your business, fix these issues.

First of all, I want to say that I used to really like this spot as the food was pretty good and was fairly priced. I came here after several months and I believe the following issues can be attributed to a change in ownership/management. First of all prices are up, which I can understand due to the rising costs of meat, groceries, etc. however, the quality of the food was very poor. The fries seemed to be cooked in very old oil and very hard, completely depleting the taste. The same with the sandwich. Secondly, the spicy chicken sandwich is not the same patty that was used prior but is pretty much a regular frozen chicken patty that you find in the freezer at many supermarkets. Thirdly, the price has exponentially risen beyond what is deemed to be normal for such an establishment. Two spicy chicken sandwich combos and an order of mozzarella sticks came out to $30 (used to be around $22-$23 earlier this year), which is a significant increase. When I asked the gentleman for a breakdown of the pricing, it turned out getting the combo was only 50 cents less than if I purchased each item separately, which is absurd. Lastly, I noticed a 3% service fee on my receipt on top of the 8.875 sales tax when I got home. This is also an unreasonable charge as this is a take out place and my order was to go. No additional service was involved. This fee should not be there whether you pay cash or card. I personally would NOT recommend this place until management addresses these issues, which I hope they do.
