Social Corner - Queens

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. The music and service were pleasant, but I was disappointed with the food and drinks. The drinks lacked alcohol and the food could have been better. Additionally, we were seated too close to another table and the person next to us kept encroaching on our space. I might have still considered returning, but I was put off by the fact that a tip was automatically added to the bill without my consent, amounting to nearly $30. I believe customers should have the choice to decide how much to tip based on the service provided. In general, I believe good service should warrant a generous tip, and I understand the importance of tips in the food service industry. My overall rating for this restaurant would be Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing with incredibly fresh ingredients, and the drinks were both delicious and strong. The karaoke night made for a fun and entertaining evening. I would rate the food a 5, service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5 for my dinner meal.

I asked my friend if she wanted to go to a different restaurant, but she suggested this place. I was hesitant because all the negative reviews I read mentioned the poor customer service. After reading reviews from the past week to a year ago, it was clear that many customers had the same complaint. I decided not to go based on these reviews. The restaurant should consider hiring new staff to improve their service. The negative reviews were enough to make me change my mind about dining there, and likely deterred others as well.

Service was no good, Music is toooo loud asked the server to ask the dj he said he would, he didn't. Waited long to be greeted, waited for our drinks over 15 mins, we just left!!! Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
