Mcdonald's - Queens

I approached the window of the trip around 12:05 clock on December 2022 and was greeted by an African-American woman who was somewhere between 40 and 50 years. I told her that I picked up 2 orders to which she said that I announced the next time on the redner behind me, her recommendation for the future reference and logically she went to show my phone screen that had both names of the two aforementioned customers I was there to pick up. she said I would have to read her the numbers, even if I showed her screen and then said that she “do not see her” her. then I brought my screen closer to her. on peking approached my screen, then she closed the window and went away from it. this living woman whose name I didn't catch should be ashamed of herself. I know that this review will not lead to something or lead to any kind of disciplinary action, even if that is completely unacceptable from someone in a facility on the official business. I hope she doesn't go away from other people and that it was just me

Used the drive thru at this location. Ordered some food and a coffee. Was told to pull up to the fire hydrant to wait for the coffee. After about 10min, my partner went inside and they hadn't even started on the coffee. Weren't even going to make it. Witnessed drug sales while waiting. Drive thru window was has bullet holes in the glass. Avoid this location if you can.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. The night staff is garbage, I don't know what they do inside. They don't know how to talk. I think the owner is now trying to go out of business. Do not go here

There is this one manager at this location who has the nastiest attitude and never smiles.A Spanish woman.Always observe her talking down to customers like she feels she is above everyone else.She was on shift there earlier today and she really needs to work on her people skills or find a different job where noone has to deal with her attitude. Overall the rest of staff are pretty nice.Always check your bag before leaving because they always leave out something.

Today's trip was good. Sometimes there might be attitudes or they forget part of my order but today's trip was a good one.
