Kfc - Queens

I've eaten at over. the entire order tasted terrible, definitiv not up to kfc standards. he also gave me no nasty to eat my mac and bee, they gave me no serviettes for my sandwich, they gave me no straw for my drink and my drink had not even ice in it. I tried to call them several times, but they don't pick up. Don't eat them here.

The Mac and cheese was good. The chicken was good too. Just didn't get any ketchup.

Great service and the food was Yummy ?I dined in. They needed to turn up the AC a little. ?

I spent a little more than half of my break waiting in the drive thru. When i was finally able to order I rolled down my window and smelled nothing but ****, the lady taking my order couldn't hear me, probably because the speaker is about 5-10 ft away from your car so you have to scream. Pretty embarrassing establishment nonetheless. If I wasn't working in the area I would never come here unless changes were made.
