Exquisito - Queens

I ordered pepper steak with white rice and plantains. The beef was chewy and dry, and the plantains were limp and not fresh. Normally I like their food, but this time it wasn't up to par. I also got a side salad with red onions, but they included cooked onions which made the salad soggy. I was disappointed with my experience this time.

Awful experience!! The wait times were too long, prices were too high, and the food was extremely disappointing. Beware of additional tip charges being included on the bill without warning - I ended up leaving nearly $100.00 in tip unknowingly. Very dishonest practices. The only positives were the maracuya juice and the lemonade. Will not be returning.

I placed an order at this restaurant today, but it was missing 2 sodas and a side of beans. I was shocked by this mistake and even more disappointed by their response, blaming it on the driver. Uber also refused to contact the driver. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The wait time is ridiculous and they spend more time fooling around then assisting their customers!
