El Coyote - Queens

We enjoyed dishes like avocado salad, fried sweet plantains, stuffed peppers, and molecular poblano at El Coyote. The service was excellent.

A group of friends(6-12) has been going to lunch for several years once or twice in the month. we never had to ask for the lunch menu. we all know what we like and when we didn't get the special lunch menu at 1230 a.m., thought nothing of it and all ordered our usual. when the bill came instead of $90, it was $180. we were told because we ordered from the dinner menu that no one has opened. it was very disappointing that we were not new customers and the last 100 times we were there had never happened. who has dinner in 1230? No matter if it was always excellent, it looks like we find another place to lunch. btw, we all believe in the support of our local favorites during this time, and I had my birthday there in the last month and paid almost $500 for our lunch and left a very generous tip. the point is, they know us and we feel that they take advantage of us today.

Great spot to unwind and enjoy some delicious food.

My Hubby loves Mexican food and Drinks and we frequent both locations in Queens in Forest Hills and Northern Blvd.Very busy during Happy Hours and the staff is very attentive, polite and courteous. Pls come here to enjoy as Groups or Family you will surely be pleased.

Everything from the service being slow and unmotivated to the dishes ordered being overcooked and flavorless. The rating on the window, which i caught on the way out say it all.
