Clean, friendly staff its busy but the crew works fast in getting orders fulfill

I visited this place to grab a coffee and urgently needed to use the restroom. However, I was informed that I couldn't access it. I believe this is unprofessional, especially considering customers often spend time enjoying their coffee and snacks. It was also frustrating that there were no chairs available, which meant I had to sit on the floor, even though there were tables.

Do not order hot chocolate. very watered. very inconsistent. ordered mini bagels and 1/2 was warm, other half was cold! annoyed!

I’m disappointed by how much this place has changed. The service used to be professional, and the atmosphere was much cleaner. The barista even argued with me about why there was too much milk in my coffee. It seems like the friendly service has vanished. I noticed that the staff were using the same gloves to handle food, touch the counters, and close drawers, which is not very sanitary. When I brought up my concerns to the young man there, he simply brushed it off. I really hope they can improve soon.

The staff seems to misunderstand orders frequently. I often encounter issues with the men's orders being mixed up. The place could really benefit from new management.
