Dunkin' - Queens

I could have used a cup of tea and some biscuits to dip in, but I was satisfied with my donuts to dip into my milkshake. Overall, it's a great place!

I visited for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. They have an outdoor dining area, which I appreciated since I'm still a bit uncomfortable being indoors without a mask. The staff was very attentive, wearing masks while handling food and using gloves. I will definitely return because of the excellent customer service!

Not all Dunkin' Donuts locations are the same. This one was surprisingly large, with a nice-sized seating area, but it was empty when I visited. The service was friendly and quick; I was the only customer there, which made it feel a bit odd. I ordered a large pumpkin cold brew, which I had two nights ago at a different location, and it was noticeably better there. I've noticed that there's no consistent way for employees to make drinks at different locations, leading to varying quality. Because of this inconsistency, I'm giving this location 2 stars—one for the friendly hospitality of the staff and another for the spacious and clean seating area. It’s a shame it wasn’t busier; I mentioned to the staff that this place should be packed!

Ordered and paid for an ice cream cake for my daughter on 8/17(custom cake). Came in today to pick it up 9/4 the guy was like ?they didn?t make it, you can just pick one from the fridge? so ridiculous. I told him this was paid for on 8/17, he said yeah?they didn?t have enough people to make it?. Are you kidding me? He knew already the day before, nobody called me or anything,so we had to have a random cake that was made from their fridge. Unacceptable, this was my first and last time ordering fromthem.

The old lady in the drive thru is miserable and always puts sugar in my coffee even though I?ve told her I?m diabetic. Please readjust the staff, every other employee smiles makes the coffee correctly. I?m not even going to argue about my burnt tongue(to check coffee before leaving) and wasted funds, just do better!
