Dunkin' - Queens

I get diarrhea after I have coffee at this dunkin donut. Nasty and disgusting and unprofessional

Disgusting and filthy place napkins all over floor, floors sticky, trash can overflowing inform women behind register and told that me that she is TOO BUSY are you serious. DD corporate should fine this people or temporary suspension. Does not deserve even 1 star.

Horrible coffee at all stores. Donuts are stale and the coolata give me indigestion, although that was tasty at first.Dunkin is not for me. I prefer Italian coffee houses.

Hazelnut was not pleasant, tasted like a mixture of hazel and other nuts. The cinimon roll was day old crunchy. First visit here, store was exceptionally clean, rest rooms were closed to the public as per many stores recently; lazy staff or co-co management. Not goid for diabetics.

I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived to pick it up, my order wasn’t there. I spoke with the manager, who was quite rude. He said he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have my name, even though I had shown him my mobile order. I’m not sure if they never made my order or if it was just taken by someone else, as another customer mentioned it wasn’t ready. In the end, I decided to file a complaint with customer service.
