Dunkin' - Queens

The coffee here is excellent; I just wish they had later opening hours.

This place is never open. I've attempted to eat here about five times, and each time it has been closed. Very frustrating!

I've visited this Dunkin' Donuts a few times lately, and unfortunately, my orders have been incorrect. I always order a large (or another size) caramel latte with two Equal, and I specifically ask for it hot. However, I hear all the banging from the steam wand, then when I get back to my car, I find just a plain warm coffee—no caramel at all. As a coffee enthusiast (maybe too much so), I find this really disappointing. It should be such an easy fix! Come on, Dunkin', step up your game! Please!

This restaurant recently underwent a redesign and has a decent parking lot located in front. The interior is long and narrow, but there's plenty of seating available. It’s a really nice spot overall. Everything I tried tasted fresh, and the coffee was served hot. In the pick-up area, a staff member called out orders as they were ready, which eliminated any uncertainty for customers. You could tell he genuinely cared. The place was also very clean. I really liked my experience here.

It's Dunkin'. The white cheddar bagel twist was quite tasty.
