Domino's Pizza - Queens

Every negative review about this restaurant is accurate, no matter how long ago it was written! We waited 90 minutes for our order, even though we were only a third of a mile away at a hotel, and they blamed us for not answering our phone?! Their customer service is completely unreasonable and rude. They refuse to deliver fresh food and instead sent us our extremely cold original order. Don’t support this terrible business—choose a different local restaurant instead.

The staff member I encountered, a black man, had an unpleasant attitude and was clearly lacking in patience. When I asked for the menu flyers, he curtly said there were none and suggested I look online instead. Moments later, he found one and handed it to me. After browsing the flyer, I decided on something but was met with his dismissive attitude as he informed me that "the computer says otherwise," while staring me down. I eventually agreed to order what the computer suggested. Meanwhile, I aired my dissatisfaction with the poor service I was experiencing. When my order finally arrived, it was the wrong one. I had to walk back to the store and wait an additional 12 minutes for them to fix the mistake. I usually try to be patient and understand that people can get tired, especially close to closing time. However, this particular staff member has served me on several occasions and his attitude has always been the same. I truly believe that one should strive to do their best in any job, even if they’re not completely satisfied with it. Many of us experience exhaustion or frustration at work, but we still take pride in delivering quality service with a positive demeanor. It's important to treat customers with respect, not to offend them. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they took their frustration out by tampering with my food.

Ok so the delivery may not be well, but my boyfriend requests their jalapeño bacon cheese sticks on a regular. It?s always cooked well done and so Is the bbq bacon pizza. Make sure you check before you leave the restaurant that it?s the order youwant. Definitely great quality for fast food chain restaurants on the Rockaway peninsula

I always end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time, even though I live just five minutes away. And on top of that, they expect a tip! I really don’t think it’s fair to wait an hour and a half for two pizzas.

I m very much happy about my food . Bcz of they made my pizza very delicious and . There another items like wings I ate it?s very testy and I don?t before that kind of wings anymore. It?s awesome. I m really happy about there service.
