Chipotle Mexican Grill - Queens

I was mixing my bowl and I found hair under all my food. Be careful when ordering from here the employees don?t even wear hairnets which is why this happened. The employee that took my order was a girl that has gauge piercings and this was my first time ordering in this chipotle and this is what I get smh. This is a food safety hazard.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on Austin Street is a place to pick up your quick Mexican pick me up? Upon entering the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Temperature inside was cool enough to make you forget it was 92 degrees outside. We orders to bowl that where constructed nicely by the partner who was preparing it. She was very polite and welcoming. The only downfall; if your paying cash, YOU BETTER HAVE EXACT CHANGE?..!!! Lol? or else you will not be consuming Chipotle. Overall solid experience all around. Great job TEAM!!!

Terrible. the woman who made my food seemed like what she shared would affect her financially. she gave me as much meat as she had. so much good. the half of everything. very strange. obviously do not want to repeat customers

The food I just ordered was not edible. I took 3 bites and feel like I lost 3 years of my life. The food tasted like a disgruntled employee made it. Each bite tasted like a spoonful of salt. I've been a chipotle patron for over a decade and have never had such an unsatisfactory experience. If this is the type of food this location is going to continue to prepare they need to be shut down. Citizens beware this health hazard

I love Chipotle and go there several times a week with my granddaughter. I recently went to my local Forest Hills Queens location and needed to change my 14 mos old granddaughter in the bathroom. It is unheard of for a restaurant to not have a changing table fir mothers. I had to change her on the floor. Thankfully I had a pad. For a family friendly fast food place with a kids menu can't even provide a hygienic and comfortable changing table for mothers. That is a disgrace. You have lost my business. I now go to other restaurants with the same type of food which take pride in catering to the needs of their customers. A one star is too nice for this dump.
