The people took care of the work. they are clearly underdeveloped and slightly overwhelmed. it wasn't even a busy day and they had customers waiting in the line and get mixed up accusations. spent almost 20 minutes waiting to take my order. had to go because I didn't have the time to wait. they are also cursed and clearly moved. it's unprofessional.

Do you have a special through window for eaten? but regular customers can't go through there. does not make sense. food: 4/5

Typical Burger King, right next to an entrance to the autobahn that is always busy. the bathroom here was clean and the restaurant had parking right in front. food: 4/5

You MUST pack your patience when visiting this establishment. If you order fries and a soda you could spend half an hour waiting. I have tried ordering through the kiosk, at the order desk, and through the Burger King app but still waited an astronomical amount of time and when I inquired whether my order was ready they barely checked and did not even give me a response. So i asked: Is that a no? . Only then they responded and told me my order was not ready. Twenty minutes later, when they were rushing to close the store, I asked again and they checked a separate pile of orders, which they did not check the first time I asked and THERE WAS MY ORDER! It was sitting there all along. They handed it to me and claimed they called out the order number and I did not answer, which was definitely untrue. I don 't blame the workers. It seems this is a very busy store and there should be more workers to handle such a large crowd. The customer service was definitely lacking, because the workers were definitely overwhelmed. Food was cold but it tasted fresh.
