Applebee's Grill - Queens

Quieter than before, the number of customers has decreased so much. today's menu was delicious. the steak was also well cooked. the salmon and the fish were also delicious.

The entire staff was lazy and I waited for more than 5inutes until the hostess my friend and I sits up. She was just chilling and talking to her manager who totally disregarded us. She made eye contact with us and she didn't care. She wasn't busy at all. there was only one hearts in the entire facility that actually worked and tried to take care of us. I was fed with the service, so I just went out. we waited 20 minutes to complete our order. there were people who came after us who took their orders before us. the whole atmosphere was just lazy and uncomfortable. the applebee is in elmot much better with customer service.

The first time here and will not be visited again. we wait for 40 minutes and have been broken off the computer in the kitchen and have no estimated time for our eating. I think they should make a better job in communication! worst experience.

I always sit on the bar and omar the bartender is the most pleasant bartender I've ever met. he is attentive and makes great suggestions. my whole demon changes when I see he's not working. apple bienenen is a good place to unwind! crystal

The customer service is horrible at this franchise. Rude and lazy waiters and waitresses that have to be told how to do their jobs. I came at the 30 minutes time and it was ready at 20 minutes, yet the waiter behind the bar said it was not ready with an attitude. I had to tell him that it can’t be with the time. He goes in the back to actually check with an attitude and my food was right by the bar in a bag waiting. Incompetent and lazy!
