Bidrage med feedbackI sat at the bar and enjoyed a unique dinner. I had the ravioli with rabbit and foie gras! The restaurant was busy and located in a neighborhood. It was easy to get to from the hotel Château Laurier. They served a variety of fish dishes and other delicious combinations. Quebec City is renowned for its cuisine, and this place did not disappoint!
The restaurant has a spacious dining area, although the service was a bit slow, the staff was friendly. The meals were excellently prepared and visually appealing. The blood sausage (boudin) was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The Cherry Blossom dessert was a heavenly chocolate mousse cake with warm cherries and a fruit sorbet. We highly recommend this restaurant and are excited for our next visit!
During our group's eight-day tour of Québec, consisting of 33 people, we dined together every evening. Out of all the restaurants we visited, this particular one stood out with its superior selection, delectable dishes, and stunning atmosphere.
Not in this restaurant in a dae, then visited it recently. it is made effortless, presentation boards are attractive, there is a good variety of things to taste. we noticed a strong variety between menu elements taste some were very good, others. only average. we thought it was expensive to consider what we got during our visit. the meal temperature was not high enough for our taste. that's strange considering that this evening there were only a few couples in the restaurant. the service was uninterested, under the average. our waiter began to offer more service than we were closer to the check time. chairs were not comfortable, the foam that covers them is flat, and the back too curvy. we both didn't sit well. in the past I enjoy every meal in this restaurant. the visit was not due to my expectations. I wait until the menu is updated and try again. Free garage parking places they take in the garage around the block (the name of the restaurant is at the garage door,) take a ticket, and their waiter will give them a discount card to get out.
We chose the 47eme parrallele to meet with some friends before going to a concert. The 20th anniversary menu was chosen by the four of us... What an amazing surprise, starters were all both creative and tasty (kangaroo tartar with pears and blue cheese, or...duck rolls in Cranberry sauce, I did not pick in our friends dishes but looked at the shrimps with envy). Then the main courses were very well worked, with prime products and again a touch of creativity (I had the rabbit on garlic polenta with side hazelnuts that was a tasteful firework in the mouth and for the eyes, my wife the fish with an incredible bouillabaissesque sauce). Dessert paris-brest with lemon curd and little chocolate friends was a great way to finish an excellent dinner 10 minutes before show start. The team of waiters and waitresses was up to par to deliver a truly great evening. Thanks to the team of 47eme for this memorable evening.
