Tutti Frutti - Québec

This is not the most fancy place in the world that you can imagine. It also does not have the best coffee. However, the food is excellent! The owners recently changed the menu and there is a great variety of breakfast of all kind: healthy, sweet and traditional. My partner and me go there very often because the service is good, the breakfast is just excellent and the price is reasonable. On top it does not have the ambiance of a canteen.

We have been looking for a place to dine where gluten-free food is served and this restaurant was a great find for us. We do NOT have celiac disease but recently preferred to eat gluten-free for healthy reasons. There was a wide range of excellent choices in the menu (English menu provided) including vegetarian and gluten free. We ordered Vegetarian Panini Crepe (see photo) and two eggs over medium with French Toast and fruits. The food was prepared well, just fresh and delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant was bright, cheery and appropriate. The service was superb and professional. Overall, we believe Tutti Frutti is "A Great Place for Breakfast/Lunch for Everyone."

The food is abundant. However, the quality is spotty. Some crepes were perfect, others gummy and chewy. Eggs cooked well. I would say they serve way too much food. Mountains of fruit, yum! But if you get potatoes you will get mountains as well. Coffee is included with all meals. Wait staff was pleasant.

The delicious breakfast was served in such a fun atmosphere. There was a farm/chicken theme going on and everywhere I looked there were chicken plates, cups, tureens, salt and pepper shakers - you name it. It was very tastefully done and just make a wonderful restaurant atmosphere.

My eggs were perfectly cooked but I did find a long hair in my potatoes! One person ordered the eggs with bacon and a crepe after we enquired of the waiter if it was a crepe or a thicker pancake (which she wanted) - just to let you know that it really is a thin crepe, not a fat pancake
