Restaurant Le Bistro - Québec

In the hotel delta, we took breakfast there. The furniture of the room is old and the room is noisy. There is a wide choice of products and everything was very good. Only negative: air conditioning that made the polar atmosphere.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. We stayed at the Delta hotel for two weeks and decided to have a night just at the hotel bar. My cider came in a champagne glass which was a nice touch and I ordered the pulled pork salad with butternut squash, sunflower seeds, arugula and cranberries. It was absolutely fantastic and a new favorite dish. I can't wait to get home to make it myself. The bread we received at the beginning of the meal was very hard and the butter so hard it was hard to even put it on the bread, but the bread was just a nice 'before meal' gesture so we were not too bothered. The prices where also pretty good. Perfect for a night of not wanting to leave the hotel.

In my case my trip was for work and that the meetings were very close to the hotel, added to the -20 degrees of temperature, lunch at the same hotel was a good alternative, good food.

Staff, food, location and facility is perfect. Variety of food is just mouth watering. Menu changes everyday.

Lunch and dinner menus were not extensive but covered the main bases well. Prices were as you would expect, or a little lower. Breakfast menu was fairly extensive and enjoyable. Service in the mornings was very good, for dinner a little less so - staffing may have been the issue though it didn't seem all that busy to warrant the wait for my sandwich. Quality of food was consistently high and in that respect I am prepared to recommend.
